WAKE UP WORDS: YOU'RE MADE OF COURAGE & LOVE.

It might not feel like it all of the time but you have a deep well of both of these things inside of you - all you have to do is choose them. Obviously that's easier said than done but I find choosing them in small increments when I don't feel like using either of them is what grows my capacity to wield them on a larger scale. Where could you use more courage and love in your life??

Hint: It's most likely in the places you don't feel like using either one!

But here's what I know in the depths of my soul: When I choose to draw on the power of love and courage together, I grow as a person and simultaneously make the world a better place! I'm pretty sure it will work that way for you too!
