WAKE UP WORDS: TAKE TIME TO PLAY.

Rest and play are a VITAL part of life and not just something we should do IF we have time. I suck at rest and play and something tells me I’m not alone.

We are heading into the weekend, sure there’s are chores to be done and errands to be run but what is something you can do to play?

Do you have a hobby? If you don’t that’s telling! I didn’t until last year - so it’s not too late for you!

If we don’t play or rest there’s an entire part of who we are that never gets to be developed. Some of my most creative, life changing ideas have come from play and rest. In fact, it was on a weekend trip with friends that the idea of Outsider was born! What can you do to play this weekend??
