WAKE UP WORDS: REMEMBER TO LIVE

Living is not the same as existing. Existing is easy, or that’s what we tell ourselves. It’s our default and in some seasons it’s a huge accomplishment.

But we were not born to simply exist, we were born to live. Living is more than surviving, it’s intentional. As we charge in to a new week, we’re inviting you to chose to show up with your family, at work, with your health and in your spiritual life. Show up on a mission to be present and engaged and recognize where you're just going through the motions.

How we experience life is up to us. We can’t always choose our circumstances- but we ALWAYS have control over how we show up, for ourselves and others.

TAKE ACTION: If you haven’t been showing up for yourself lately, choose one area of your life to be intentional about starting today! You don’t have to conquer everything at once, it’s the small steps that truly make the biggest difference!
