SMALL STEPS EVERY DAY. There are times when life requires a crazy big leap of faith, but it’s rarely the big leaps that get us where we want to go. It’s the small consistent steps forward every day that end up gaining ground and getting us to our goals. What goes that look like in real life? If you’re on a health journey it might mean drinking water and taking a walk. If you’re trying to heal and forgive it might mean doing some breathing exercises or calling a counselor. If you’re moving toward a dream it might mean taking steps to create a side hustle. It doesn’t matter what you’re going after, it just matters that you keep moving forward each and every day. If the mountain in front of you seems to big to summit, keep going, it’s your small steps that will get you to the top! It’s not a race! What small step can you take today?? Write it down... then do it!
