ORDER ONLINE AND AVOID THE WAIT TIME!

WAKE UP WORDS: EXHALE FEAR.

EXHALE FEAR. The best way I know to deal with fear is to face it head on, walk towards it and then let it go. Holding on to fear allows it to shape who we are and what we’ll say yes to - and that’s not the life you (or I) we’re created for! It will try to come back, it’s sneaky that way - but when you recognize it and deal with it - it’s easier to breathe in resolve and exhale fear.
