CHOOSE LISTENING OVER TELLING. Listening more than we talk truly is wisdom. Today we're challenging you (and ourselves) to listen first. We can't listen and talk at the same time. When we're intentionally listening we can hear past the noise - we can hear the heart - which will help us see a person. When we're intentionally listening we learn, we grow and we can even heal.

TAKE ACTION: Today we dare you to listen MORE than you talk. Be present and aware and see what you learn! Before you go to bed tonight write down one thing you learned! We're excited to do this with you!!
