WAKE UP WORDS: DO SOMETHING AMAZING!

DO SOMETHING AMAZING. One of my favorite scenes from one of my favorite family movies is in the Incredibles. When Bob is so unhappy with living a life of being someone he was never meant to be, he yells at the neighbor kid on a trike watching his meltdown… here’s the magical exchange:

Bob:
Well, what are *you* waiting for?

Little Boy on Tricycle:
I don't know. Something amazing, I guess.

Bob:
Me too, kid.

Here’s the incredible thing… none of us has to wait even one more minute to live an amazing life! The most amazing thing we can ever do is choose to start loving ourselves. It sounds fluffy but it’s powerful! When we love ourselves, we respect ourselves, and  we can love the people around us in a way we never knew possible. When that happens amazing opportunities are unlocked all around us!

TAKE ACTION: Loving yourself is pretty amazing! Sometimes we don't even know where to start so we just ignore the topic all together. First step to loving yourself is forgiveness, start with that today and you really will be amazed!
