REMEMBER HOW FAR YOU’VE COME. Two years ago we were just days away from our Outsider grand opening. To say we had no clue what we were doing would be an understatement. We risked EVERYTHING and it has been anything but easy. We have a knack for graduating from the school of hard knocks. But these two years have grown us, made us stronger and strengthened our love for our team and all of the incredible people we get to serve each day.

TAKE ACTION: Take a minute this morning and reflect on how far you’ve come in the past two years! What’s been really hard, how did you get through it? What was better than you thought it would be? How have you grown. Take today to celebrate how far you’ve come! You’re amazing and we love you!
